Regulator Performance Framework
Between 2015–20 NOPTA conducted its self–assessments against the 6 key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Australian Government’s Regulator Performance Framework (RPF). As of 1 July 2021, the Australian Government has adopted a new principles–based approach to reporting regulator performance. NOPTA will report against the new framework in its Annual Report of Activities from 2020–21.
