Greenhouse gas authorities

The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (OPGGS Act) allows for limited greenhouse gas (GHG) exploration operations to be undertaken under a greenhouse gas Search Authority, a greenhouse gas Special Authority or a greenhouse Research Consent.
