Title–related application or request

• Titles–related application such as suspension and extension, variation, change of company name, change in company control, declaration of location, retention lease, production licence, and pipeline licence, key greenhouse gas operation, declaration of storage formation, holding lease, injection licence, site plan.
• Title register search request.
• Transfer or dealing.
• Application for field development plans.
• Application for recovery before field development plan approved.
• Request approval of rate of recovery.
• Notification of significant event.

NEATS Secure Portal

Access an account in the NEATS Secure Portal on the NEATS website. This allows you to submit and track the progress of applications.

This is the preferred submission method.

Notifications, nominations and declarations

• Legislative Forms 2 to 10,
• Forms 2 to 5 and Form 10 must also be submitted to NOPSEMA

Titleholders may access an account in the NEATS Secure Portal allowing you to upload Legislative Forms 2–7. This is the preferred method for submitting Forms 2–7 to NOPTA.
