NOPTA stakeholder survey

As part of NOPTA's ongoing performance reporting, including obligations under the Regulator Performance Framework, NOPTA undertakes regular stakeholder surveys to assess client satisfaction with NOPTA’s performance in key areas of the Government’s regulator performance framework.

Stakeholders who responded to the 2019 survey conducted by KPMG reported high overall levels of satisfaction with NOPTA, its staff and processes. This repeats the overall results of the 2015, 2016 and 2017 stakeholder surveys.

Stakeholders have also provided opportunities for improvements.
