On 23 February 2022 the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 became law, permanently amending the Corporations Act to permit company signatories under sections 126 and 127 of that Act to sign documents electronically and in counterpart.
NOPTA has updated its Signatures fact sheet to reflect those changes and provide guidance to industry on the forms of execution now required/permitted for all NOPTA forms, including electronic signatures.
