NOPTA has prepared a consolidated NOPTA forms guidance document to assist applicants and titleholders in making valid applications, notifications and nominations relating to titles administration under the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 and the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2011.
Application, nomination and notification forms have also been revised to reflect the consolidated guidance.
The guidance and forms are being rolled out from 30 July 2021 and will come into effect on 1 September 2021 and can be found here.
Applicants and titleholders should note that from 1 September 2021, the new version of forms must be used.
