New NOPTA website

Welcome to the new NOPTA website!

Our new website has been designed with you in mind to significantly improve how information is presented and accessed. Our aim has been to capture and build on the ideas suggested through recent feedback surveys and aligns closely with our commitment to strengthen communication and engagement channels with our stakeholders.

We think it looks really good, but looks aren’t everything, so there is increased functionality that is designed to make it easier to find what you want. Some of the changes we have made are:

• a new search function. You can now quickly search the NOPTA website from any page using the new search bar located at the top right of the screen
• with the new and improved layout, information has been logically grouped to match title life-cycle stages and related regulatory processes, such as reporting and data submission requirements
• we have also improved accessibility so that layout adapts easily to all modern computer screens, including mobile handheld devices
• we have added a new mapping interface allowing you to locate a title, and title related information, in Australia’s Commonwealth waters.

Over the following weeks we will continue to refine our website to ensure that it operates as intended. If you are unable to locate specific information, or have identified a particular functionality problem, please contact us at corporate@nopta.gov.au.
