Important information for 2013 Acreage Release, closing soon

Round 1 of the 2013 Acreage Release closes on 21 November 2013. Please ensure that bids are submitted to NOPTA no later than 4.00 pm local time in either the Perth or Melbourne offices.

Following the abolition of the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism on 18 September 2013, cheques for application fees must now be made payable to 'Department of Industry'.

The new application fee of $8,183 for work bid petroleum exploration permits came into effect on 09 November 2013.
